Shenzhen Cosmos Optoelectronic Co., Limited is a high-tech enterprises company for the LED lighting fixture who’s with research, production, sales and service. Cosmos is located in Shenzhen City which is the Hi-Tech city in China. We have 5,000 square meters factory, 5 automatic production lines and considerable scale production equipment. For example , LED chip mounter, LED reflow soldering, LED high temperature test chamber, LED integrating sphere, vibration testing machines and waterproof testing equipment and so on. Our main products are LED Tubes, LED Panel Lights, LED High Bay Light, LED Spot Lights, LED Bulbs, LED Flood Lights, LED Down Light, LED Street Light and so on.

Cosmos has established a strict quality management system (QC quality control procedures) for the preparatory work before production. Reading the "production orders" "project file" before production, such as: product’s type and quantity; current ( AC or DC ); voltage range; power; power factor; color temperature; lamp types/colors; Cable Length; stickers requirements; packaging ways; special material requirements and other important information. Control of the production process, such as: precise material collection; power supply fixed; lighting source welding; lamp inside cleaning; standard assembly; voltage, power, luminous flux and color rendering index testing, aging testing and product’s sampling testing; product’s packaging; product’s outbound and so on. Ensure that our products have absolutely guaranteed in quality.
